Excellent oral & written English

3-4 yrs of relevant BPO / ITES exp

UK / US culture exposure mandatory

Candidates with prior experience in publishing / media would be preferred

Prior experience in content editing, research, Human Resource Outsourcing would be preferred

Flexibility to work in shifts

 

Extensive liasioning with the On shore & Client Team. 

Excellent oral and written communication skills preferred

Relevant BPO / ITES experience mandatory
