Currently we are looking at US Accounting/Payroll Professionals with 2+ years of experience.

Skill sets: US Accounts/Payroll
EXP: 2+yrs
Work Timing: 2PM – 11PM – Fixed Shift

• Payroll processing, accounting, reporting and statutory compliances

• Interact with payroll agency, employees and HR for clarifications / resolution of various issues

• Calculate bonus payable to employees and prepare weekly/fortnightly reports

• Check vendor bills with supportings and approval. Record bills in Quick Books accounting software ensuring correct account and cost center codes

• Prepare checks batch in Quick Books based on bill due dates and coordinate with US office for printing the checks

• Prepare invoices and interact with customers and business group for invoicing matters

• Prepare purchase orders, bank reconciliation statements and ad-hoc reports
