Designation - Business Support Analyst

Job Location - Pune/Kolkata ( without preference )

Experience - 2-4 years

Nalco is looking for a “Business Support Analyst†located in Kolkata. She/He will primarily be responsible for working closely with the sales and marketing team on reporting for various local, regional and global projects and do performance tracking on various business indicators. Successful applicants will be spending 3-6 months training after which they will be posted in Pune.

Main Responsibilities include:

The new recruit is expected to perform the following job:

1. Data Analysis Interpretation
2. Financial & non-financial reporting
3. Regional reporting and updates
4. Working on various local, regional and global projects
5. Performance tracking on various business indicators.

The minimum qualifications the candidate will have include:

1. Bachelors in Commerce (preferable) + Post graduation in IT related studies.
2. 2-3 years of industry experience in finance (preferably in the reporting side)
3. Should be from a reporting / analysis background
4. Hands on experience in working with Ms Excel, good excel skill required
5. Exceptional data handling skills-should be able to handle voluminous data efficiently and desirably.
6. Should be a fast learner, personable and should possess very good communication skills.
7. Desire to grow in a fast paced work environment and a Team person

Additionally, the candidate is preferred to have worked in :

· Sales analysis
· Expense analysis
· Budgeting
· Variance analysis
